Schoenfeld Insurance Associates (SIA) is a full service independent insurance agency founded in 1964. We specialize in commercial property and casualty insurance and represent nearly every major insurance company with access to hundreds more via a system of wholesale brokers. Additionally, we also specialize in personal insurance, employee benefit plans, life insurance, and disability insurance.

Our Leadership

Judy Schoenfeld Morrison,
President

Judy graduated from Penn State University, with BS in Computer Science. Judy worked for Government contractor Singer- Link and consultant firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton before joining Schoenfeld Insurance in 1985. Judy worked as Account Executive and Producer before being named President in 2010. She earned her Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1989.  In addition to managing overall agency operations, Judy serves as the broker for companies in nearly every industry sector with an emphasis on technology, manufacturing, non-profit businesses.  Her expertise is often called upon by the many boards she serves on throughout the community.

Harvey S. Shankman,
Executive Vice President

Harvey graduated from Northeastern University, and has been with Schoenfeld Insurance Associates for over 40 years. During his tenure, he has built a diverse portfolio of clients, with an emphasis in Condominiums, Apartments and Shopping Centers.  Harvey’s clients rely on his team to provide a comprehensive insurance program for their specific industry.  His year over year retention speaks to his ability to provide excellent service and a product that both business owners and his personal insurance customers truly appreciate.

Matthew S. Schaller,
Vice President

Matt has been an integral part of the agency for the past 30 plus years and has been a producer for over 34 years. Matt has a B.A. degree from Franklin and Marshall College. Matt has built a diverse client base by demonstrating his knowledge of insurance coverage combined with strong insurance carrier relationships. His clients represent every industry segment with special concentrations in the manufacturing, nonprofit and technology sectors. His team prides themselves on timely response to customer needs and a diligent effort to help his customers protect their assets.

Mark Fowler,
Vice President

Mark has been an integral part of the agency for over 20 years and has been a producer for over 30 years. Mark has a B.S. degree from Salisbury State University. Excellent training and dedication while providing excellent customer service put Mark on the path of success.   Mark has the ability to listen and empathize with clients in order to discern what they want and need. His clients represent all segments of business with a concentration in construction, staffing, manufacturing, wholesalers, nonprofits and technology.

Debbie McDonald,
Vice President

Debbie graduated from Towson University with a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education. Debbie joined Schoenfeld Insurance Associates in 1977 and was integral in the formation of the “Employee Benefits Division”. Debbie has always concentrated her insurance career in the benefits arena as well as Individual Life Insurance. She earned her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1981.  Debbie has served on various insurance committees and continues to be active in the community.

Sue Perouty Lineberry,
Assistant Vice President

Sue graduated from Towson University with a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education.  Coming to Schoenfeld in 1998 Sue has gained her knowledge and experience working as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager and finally Producer.  She and her team work with Individual, Group and Senior health benefits.  With the ever changing health benefit market, Sue and her team’s goal is to educate and guide the client to a financially sound and competitive benefit  package.
